~ Rainbow Brights Cake ~
Cakes are coming into a new trend with simple decorations and an eye catching pattern once cut. The rainbow cake layers are insanely popular for kids' parties.
This is a white cake with vanilla ganache mixed into the batter making it ultra moist. It has a lemon buttercream frosting, but I can make most any flavor. Hmm.....Maybe orange next time!
